Dr. Ramie Tritt, FRCSC graduated medical school with honors from McGill University. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at McGill University and his Fellowship in Otology and Head and Neck at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Tritt specializes in sinus and nasal surgery, snoring and sleep apnea problems. He is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He has staff privileges at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, Northside Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital and North Fulton Regional Hospital. Dr. Tritt has been an instructor at national ENT meetings, a Medical Advisory Board member for computer image guided sinus surgery and he has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a "Doctor Who Doctors Go To". |

Dr. William Smith graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency in Otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the Medical College of Virginia. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head/Neck Surgery and has been in private practice in Atlanta since 1969. Dr. Smith specializes in adult and pediatric ENT, nasal and endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring, sleep apnea and head and neck surgery. His outstanding key points include being Chief of Otolaryngology at Atlanta Medical Center, being Director of both the Medical Association of Georgia and the Medical Association of Atlanta. He was appointed by Georgia governor Zell Miller to the Board of Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispensers. Dr. Smith was the president of the Medical Association of Atlanta, president of the Greater Atlanta Otolaryngology Society, Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at West Paces Ferry Hospital and Chief of Surgery at Promina Paulding Medical Center. He has staff privileges at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center, Atlanta Medical Center, Marietta Surgical Center, Northside Hospital-Cherokee and Paulding Memorial Hospital. |

Dr. Timothy Sullivan graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri and completed a Fellowship in allergy and immunology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Sullivan was a Professor of Internal Medicine and Head of Allergy and Immunology at the Emory University School of Medicine. While at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, he established the allergy and immunology program. He was also a faculty member at the Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Sullivan is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He was in the Army Special Forces for three years and has published over 80 journal articles in the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, Journal of Immunology, the Journal of Clinical Investigation and has authored over 20 chapters in Allergy and Immunology, Otolaryngology and Infectious Disease. He is an international, national, regional and local conference presenter. |

Dr. Roberto Larrivey completed his medical school in Argentina at Buenos Aires University in 1974. His postgraduate training was completed in the United States. This includes a two year internship at St. Rafael - New Haven - affiliated with Yale University. His 4-year residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery was at the University of Vermont. Dr. Larrivey was involved in a solo practice for 17 years in Michigan. He maintained a busy practice in otolaryngology affiliated with Memorial Healthcare Center. He has a broad interest in the specialty including pediatric problems related to ear/hearing and throat problems and adult problems including nasal/sinus and ear/hearing problems. He also has extensive experience in a variety of surgical procedures related to the specialty. He speaks Spanish and English and is affiliated with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, Northside Hospital, and Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. |

Dr. Hal Alpert is the Medical Director of the Tritt Breathe and Sleep Center. He has been in private practice in Atlanta for 24 years. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, he completed his pulmonary training at Emory University in 1981. He is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American College of Chest Physicians. He has had extensive experience treating sleep disorders and is available for consultations regarding sleep disorders as well as office-based pulmonary problems. |

Dr. Lawrence McKean graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency training in Pediatrics and his fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Emory University in Atlanta. He then joined the faculty at Emory University as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and served as the co-director of the Emory University Cystic Fibrosis Center. He has done research and published papers and book chapters on cystic fibrosis (CF), CF-related diabetes, and mechanisms of allergic reactions. In 1993, he left the faculty at Emory University to establish the Asthma & Allergy Clinic for Children, PC in Athens, GA. In 2002, he was asked to return to the Department of Pediatrics and the Emory University Cystic Fibrosis Center, where he treated both children and adults with CF and participated in studies involving treatment of infections that occur in CF patients. In addition to specializing in the treatment of patients with Cystic Fibrosis, Dr. McKean specializes in the evaluation and treatment of recurrent infections in young children and the evaluation and treatment of asthma and allergic diseases. |

David Siegel, PA-C, is an Atlanta native and did his undergraduate work in Pre-Med studies at the University of Georgia, receiving a BA degree in 1990. He also trained as an Emergency Medical Technician. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in North Miami Beach and received his Physician Assistant degree in 1995. He is Board Certified with Honors from the NCCPA in Surgery and Primary Care. He began his career in Emergency Medicine at the Grady Memorial Hospital Emergency Department in Atlanta, while also working in General and Trauma Surgery and Primary Care part time. He was also a preceptor and instructor for Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner programs and assisted in the training of Medical Students and Resident Physicians rotating through the Emergency Department. He also works with the United States Public Health Service and National Disaster Medical Service. After many years of working in Emergency Medicine and Primary Care, he began working with several ENT and allergy/asthma physician groups. |

Received her Bachelors degree in 1998 from Georgia Baptist College of nursing and her Masters of Nursing/Nurse Practitioner degree in 2003 from Kennesaw State University. She also attended Emory University and Northwestern University in Chicago where she studied Respiratory Therapy. She has a broad background from Pulmonary/critical care and emergency room as well as ENT. Ms. Rast is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Rast has lived in Roswell since 1995. Her hobbies include bike riding, rollerblading and walking her dog in the park.
