EMA Patient Portal instructions

  1. Make sure that Google Chrome is on your computer. If you don’t have google chrome loaded on your computer, go to www.googlechrome.com hit free download.
  2. Open up googlechrome and in the URL address window type www.atlantaent.ema.md.
  3. Your user name should be your email address.
  4. If your family comes to our clinic you user name may be different. We can only use the email address one time as a user id.
  5. Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you in obtaining this information.
  6. Once you have logged in please complete the following categories.
    1. Contact Information
    2. Insurance and Pharmacy
    3. Medications
    4. Allergy
    5. Past medical history
    6. Ear, Nose and Throat history
    7. Social history
    8. Family history
    9. Problem list
  7. It is important that this information is completed prior to your new patient appointment.
  8. Once your portal has been enabled, you will be able to communicate with the office via this website. You can request medication refills, ask the provider a question, view your medical records and request additional appointments. We ask that you utilize this portal as much as possible.
